Respect Your Limits Knowing that You Can Improve
We all have our limitations. Let’s admit to ourselves that other people are better than us at what we do. But this is not a pity party. You are not supposed to blame the world.
Look at the bright side. We just have to respect our limits as of the moment. We may not be able to do it now. But if we plan to improve every single day, we can reach it head-on.

Reevaluate Your Goals
Speaking of goals, we might have overwhelmed ourselves with hard goals that are impossible to reach at the moment.
I’m not saying you don’t target big goals. I’m just saying you might be targeting a goal too soon. Reevaluate your goals. Can you slice your goals into multiple doable pieces?
After all, reaching success is not a one-time grand gesture. It’s a series of habitual daily actions.

Forgive Yourself
You may still be sulking from your defeat. It’s all right. It’s normal to feel bad about our failures. But what’s not right about it is believing you can’t do something worth it anymore.
You have to forgive yourself. It’s ok to make mistakes. Again, forgive yourself and know that next time, you can take a shot at it.

For the Meantime: Aim to Finish, Not to Enjoy
But the world doesn’t stop when we don’t feel like working. We still have our responsibilities to fulfill. How do you push through when you’re not enjoying the work as of the moment?
Right now, aim to finish, not to enjoy. Just complete the tasks that you have pending. Think of it like taking a bath. Not all enjoy it. But it’s something you just have to do.

Ask For Support
You don’t have to do it alone. Find someone you can talk to. It may be hard to open up to a friend or family member. But knowing that someone is there for you can go a long way.
If you are ready, communicate, and share your problems.
