Remote Staff founder and CEO, Chris Jankulovski, has always believed in the advantages of the remote working landscape. An advocate of the digital nomadic lifestyle, he values the idea of being able to travel the world, all while having a thriving career.

This is exactly the same key principle why he built Remote Staff on.

Remote Staff is a business processing outsourcing (BPO) and recruitment company that specializes in hiring Filipino staff to work remotely for international clients. But unlike most BPO companies in the Philippines, Remote Staff focuses more on home-based staffing, rather than office-based solutions.

Equipped with a custom-built technology that monitors work activity, Remote Staff allows its staff to work anywhere in the country as long they have a reliable internet connection.

Established in 2007, Chris’ Remote Staff business has since employed over 8,000 Filipino professionals to work from home for over 2,000 international employers. He has done all these this while battling cancer, multiple brain operations, and failing kidneys.

In fact, Remote Staff was born out of a pledge he made before his first brain operation in 2005. Prior to his surgery, he promised his doctor that he would employ thousands of people if he survives – a promise that he continues to keep ‘til this day. Chris is currently writing a book, “Just Keep Going”, which details his amazing life journey.
